1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AirBezz.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and AirBezz Express Private Limited ("AirBezz", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, customer dashboard, APIs, mobile applications, and other digital platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform or utilizing our cross-border logistics services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Platform with the updated version and effective date. Your continued use of our Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Services Provided

AirBezz engages in providing AI-powered cross-border logistics solutions, international parcel delivery, eCommerce fulfillment, customs clearance documentation assistance, automated dimensions scanning, and related logistics technology services.

We act as a logistics aggregator/aggregator technology platform. We partner with international courier partners, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) networks to fulfill shipping bookings created on our Platform.

While we strive to ensure timely pickup and delivery, transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Service availability is subject to customs clearances, carrier capacity, global transport conditions, and accurate customs documentation.

3. Accounts & KYC Verification

To utilize our shipping dashboard and services, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration, and maintain the security of your login credentials.

In compliance with international trade laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and customs requirements, all business accounts must undergo Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification before bookings can be finalized.

REQUIRED KYC DOCUMENTATION

You may be required to upload valid digital copies of the following documents:

  • Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) Registration Certificate
  • Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card, Passport, or other government-issued photo identity
  • Bank account verification documents (such as a Cancelled Cheque)

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to verify, suspend, or terminate accounts that provide incomplete, falsified, or misleading registration and KYC information.

4. Shipping & Prohibited Items

As a shipper, you are solely responsible for ensuring the contents of your packages are properly packed, accurately declared on commercial invoices, and compliant with laws of both the origin and destination countries.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

You agree not to ship items classified as prohibited, dangerous goods, hazardous materials, or illegal under applicable laws or carrier rules. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Explosives, firearms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind
  • Flammable liquids, gases, toxic, or radioactive substances
  • Narcotics, illegal substances, or prescription drugs without authorization
  • Perishable goods, live animals, or counterfeit products
  • Cash, currency, luxury jewelry, or precious metals

DIMENSIONAL SCANNING & BILLING ADJUSTMENTS

Our AI parcel dimension scanning system calculates dimensional weight automatically. If the courier partner records a discrepancy in the weight or dimensions declared versus actual package size, AirBezz will adjust the shipping charge and invoice/bill you for the differences.

5. Billing, Payments & Taxes

Shipping tariffs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, customs rules, and the selected delivery network. Shippers agree to pay all charges, fuel surcharges, remote area delivery fees, and auxiliary carrier costs incurred.

Cross-border shipments are subject to import customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), GST, and handling charges imposed by destination countries. Unless specified otherwise under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) arrangements, the receiver is responsible for customs duties. If the receiver refuses to pay duties and taxes, the shipper agrees to pay these costs, along with return shipping fees.

Payments for services must be made via approved payment gateways, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or wallet recharge options on the Platform. Shippers agree that AirBezz holds a lien on any package until all outstanding dues are cleared.

6. Limitation of Liability

AirBezz Express Private Limited acts as a shipping intermediary technology provider. Our liability for shipment loss, damage, or delay is strictly limited to standard carrier liability caps unless additional transit insurance is explicitly purchased through the Platform.

In no event shall AirBezz, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business data, arising from delays, custom seizures, carrier negligence, or server downtime.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AirBezz from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misdeclaration of shipping goods, or failure to comply with customs regulations.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
