Welcome to Airbezz!
Getting started with cross-border logistics doesn't have to be complicated. Whether you are an individual seller, a growing D2C brand, or a large scale enterprise exporter, Airbezz streamlines your global fulfillment from step one. This guide will walk you through the initial setup to get your first parcel on its way.
Step 1: Complete Your Registration
To begin, head to the registration page and create a business account. Once registered, log in to access your dashboard. You will need to complete a quick onboarding verification by uploading your basic business credentials: Importer Exporter Code (IEC), GST registration certificate, and PAN details.
Step 2: Setup Your Pickup Address
Define the physical location(s) from which our courier executives will pick up your orders. You can configure multiple pickup locations (e.g. your primary warehouse, a manufacturing unit, or a retail store address) in your dashboard settings under Pickup Locations.
Step 3: Book Your First Shipment
You can create a shipment in two ways:
- Manual Booking: Enter the destination address, package weight, dimensions, and item descriptions directly into our single-booking rate calculator, select your carrier, and pay.
- Integrated Booking: Connect your online store (like Shopify or WooCommerce) to sync orders, draft shipping manifests, and print barcode labels in bulk automatically.
Step 4: Pack & Handover
Ensure your items are packaged securely in corrugated boxes. Print the generated shipping label/AWB (Air Waybill) and place it flat on top of the parcel. When our courier executive arrives, scan the manifest handover document, and your shipment is on its way!
